View on GitHubFrequently asked questions
- What counts as a "revenue-generating project"?
- Any product, service, or website that generates income, directly or indirectly. This includes SaaS products, e-commerce sites, ad-supported content, and internal tools at for-profit companies. Personal blogs, open-source projects, and student work are free.
- Can I try Pro features before paying?
- Yes. Sign up for the free tier and use it as long as you like. When your project starts generating revenue and you need higher limits, upgrade to Pro.
- Why is the Free tier so generous?
- LoopAware is in early access. We want developers to use the full product and give us feedback. The Free tier covers all features for non-revenue projects. When your project starts earning, a Pro license keeps you covered and supports continued development.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.
- How does self-hosted licensing work?
- The source code is available on GitHub under a source-available license. Non-revenue projects can use it freely. Revenue-generating projects need a commercial license, which includes a license key for your deployment.
